Dr. Simon is very friendly and takes the time to get to know his patients. He asks meaningful questions and looks for the cause of problems rather than symptom treating alone.
Because I'm on medicaid they won't see me when I need a doctor the most. They are not the best office to go to.
We love Dr. Simon and his staff! The office is clean and comfortable. Dr. is very knowledgeable and has excellent bedside manner. My entire family sees him. My kids don't normally like doctors but they LOVE Dr. Simon!
Dr. Simon is the best doctor I have ever had. He takes time to visit with you and find out what the problem is, your medical history, your lifestyle, etc. He is now my regular doctor and I go to him first for everything. I don't know what the problem was with that person that gave him and his office a bad review, his equipment is state of the art and I can't imagine him ever being rude or arrogant.
Office staff was wonderful very polite and helpful. They did not however have proper equipment. No thermometer for a baby. Weight scale was cheap and inaccurate. They did not have a large cuff for blood pressure. I was still willing to come back till I met Dr. Simon. He met me but was rude and arrogant. I was extremely displeased. I don't believe doctors have the right to insult and talk down to their patients. I will not be going back.
We miss Dr. Simon!! He was one of the best in the Atlanta area. We have four children and consulted Dr. Simon on a regular basis for not only our children, but also for my husband and myself. He is hands down one of the best family practitioners available. He is thorough, patient, extremely knowledgeable and incredibly caring. He also has a very special way of making children feel comfortable in his care. Our only complaint is that he is no longer available to us in Atlanta!
Dr. Simon is no doubt one of the top physicians out there! We visited Dr. Simon several times while in Atlanta and we felt confident and comfortable with his down to earth and caring practices. He saw my older son who was sick with a high fever and asthmatic and treated him right away with ease. Elko is lucky to have Dr. Simon in town; he'd be my choice as my family doctor!!
