Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Absolutely not! I constantly have to repeat and re-explain my situation! Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Yes Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? No, they never postpone my appointment

Did this provider seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field? Yes, they were informing me of new advancements that were extremely recent Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Absolutely, they were an expert! Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. I was given a brief greeting when I walked through the door, but no one made any sort of effort to help me. I felt ignored. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here.

Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? No, they didn't cancel on me last minute Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? No, they've never taken personal calls with me Did this provider use excessive foul language? No Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? No, they were able to provide everything they said they would Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? No, I wasn't impressed

I love Dr. Simon and his staff. They always find a way to work me in even when I wait until the last minute. Dr. Simon is so nice and really seems to listen to you, I didn't feel at all like it was just get in get out, like I have experience at other office. I would recommend Dr. Simon to anyone.
