One star only because I had to choose a star and negative stars wasn't a choice. I would not recommend doing business with GI North. Paid $100 for a consultation to schedule a procedure. Never got a call back. After 6 weeks past I reached out to them. During this time I had found out that my mother also had a bad experience there. I asked to speak to a manager. My doctor kept reminding me that I was due for a colonoscopy. Not a fan of this procedure, I finally decided to schedule one. She recommended GI North. Called and scheduled my appointment. The scheduler was very helpful and recommended Dr. Haoran Peng. He is extremely professional, very genuine and knowledgeable in his field. My initial consultation was very thorough.
