Extremely disappointed with Dr. Simon's lack of thoroughness. I have found another Urologist to help me and this new Doctor's care has already greatly surpassed Dr. Simon.

I had the most unfortunate encounter today, I called them on Thursday because of a kidney stone that still has not passed they were friendly. I explained that I had two insurances and the the secondary will pick up the primary. When I went arrived with my id, insurance cards and paper work they said they needed my copay which I explained again the secondary will pick it up they (the doctors wife) said no if you don't have the 15 dollar c copay we cant see you and sent me on my way. I am so hurt
Dr. Simon is a knowledgeable doctor who is very thorough. I was even okay with waiting at least 30 minutes in the waiting room, as when it was my turn, I never really felt rushed. With that said, I was a bit disappointed on his stance with circumcision - my unfortunate condition led him to immediately recommend it, stating that foreskin is an unnecessary body part. Expenses and lifestyles aside, I went to another doctor who gave me a cream and it worked fine. Saved thousands by NOT doing it.
