Easy to make appointments and simple to check in. Short wait time, they work hard to stay on time. Dr. Joe is friendly and answers questions. I have gone to him for nearly 5 years.
I’ve been with this group since 1984, have had 2 rounds of Mohs surgery with Dr. Welch, and these days I see Dr. Simodynes exclusively. He’s the best! He takes the time to explain your condition, and his bedside manner is top notch. He’s very meticulous when doing an all over body check for any odd or irregular spots or moles. Love this doctor!
Horrible experience. This office is worried more about you paying them than about the care of the patient. His time with you is minimal and I've had to call back several times to get his "trusted nurses" to get my prescriptions filled correctly which to this day still arent. If you are looking for a doctor that cares more about his patients than the money in their pocket look elsewhere.
Went in with some spots on my face that were opening into wounds. Had photos of their progression. He was very nonchalant about them and extremely quick with examination. Took no tests until the second time I came in. When the office got test results back as positive for a "particularly nasty form of MRSA," they neglected to notify me regarding the results or to prescribe treatment until I called for a 5th time. If you want a thorough examination and great communication, go somewhere else.
