I called 4 days ago to schedule an appointment to repair my A/C, the secretary told me she would contact the technician and get back to me "shortly"; still waiting for the call. But never mind, I found someone reliable to do the job, and my A/C is already fixed.

I had a 20-year-old system with furnace and evaporative cooler. Simmons replaced it with furnace and refrigerated air system which is heaven on earth!They beat all the other competitors' bids, came in exactly on budget, left my home cleaner than when they came in, and did it all while I was out of town!
