Came here with my daughter and had unprofessional treatment. Front desk is horrible. Everyone knows that the front desk makes or breaks an office and this front desk is bad. I doctor didn’t feel genuine and came off pretentious. I don’t under the positive rating (I think the ratings are fake). The wait time is always an hour or more. Two stars because the office is clean.
My experience is always the best. I'm made to feel so comfortable and I always trust and feel confident with any information or protocol I need to follow. Also, there's nothing like Pam. Always greets you with a smile and has a lot of patience. Vanessa, clearly makes you feel at ease and you wish you could converse with her longer. Your in great hands with Dr. O'Brien. Her experience and knowledge place her at the top.
Dr. Simmons-O'Brien has been a true partner as my dermatologist in identifying and preventing issues. She has gone above and beyond expected services levels.
I have been see Dr. Simmons-O'Brien for more than 15 years and I have been very satisfied with her services. Highly recommend.
She always spends time explaining what is happening. Never rushes through an appointment. The support team is very nice and accommodating. They are the best!
Asks questions, listens to my concerns, stresses importance of labs who are reading path reports, teaches importance of sunscreen and skin care. Seems to remember areas of concern at next visit. Staff are helpful and pleasant. Highly recommended.
