Watch Out – My watch stopped and had used Simmons before to get batteries but this time I was told it was not thebattey and would give me a call as to what was wrong. 5 days later the watch was still there with no work or call. So after reading the review about replacing other than Rolex watch parts with off the shelf parts and alluding to the Rolex repair, I went and took my watch back took it to a watch company and they found only a dead battey. I had some old gold jewelry that I haven't worn in years, and some gold coins, and decided to join everyone else and sell my gold. I sold my gold at Simmons Jewelers and they gave me a full explanation of how they were pricing my items, showed me the weight of each item, and offered me a price for all of it and a price item by item so I could decide if I want to sell all of it, some of it, or none of it. They were very informative and professional. If I had any more gold, I'd go there again!
