Simmons Jewelers is a horrible jewelry store!! They took forever to restring my freshwater pearl & citrine necklace and I actually lost 12" of the necklace, because the woman they contracted to do the work didn't follow the pattern, left strings hanging and apparently lost some of the citrine and pearls. It doesn't even look like the same necklace! They also verbally quoted (which is a binding contract) that it would be around $100. and then charged $441. when I picked up the necklaces, after never being called, 6 weeks late... read more
RecommendedI am greeted with the most care here! My watch face broke and they happily fixed it in less than five minutes. They handle each customer with kindness and I always have a wonderful experience when walking into their store!
My fiancé purchased my engagement ring from Simmons 2.5 years ago. Obviously I wasn’t there for this process, but from everything he told me, they were very patient with him and helped him pick out the perfect ring! Flash forward to a few days ago I discovered my ring had broke. We took it back to Simmons to get it fixed. They welcomed us back with no questions asked and fixed beautifully and efficiently! I will always recommend Simmons to anyone looking for a beautiful piece of jewelry!

Bobby and his staff are awesome. Bought my very first Rolex from them over 20 yrs ago, and they have been my go to spot for whatever jewelry or watch purchase/repair needs that we might have, ever since. Bobby is always, fair, quick and fun to chat with. Many times, something is so minor, Bobby will just fix it and give it right back while you wait. They recently re set my wifes' platinum wedding ring, and she could not be happier. I wont go anywhere else in Winter Park.

Great family owned customer service and quality workmanship. Mr. Simmons, the owner, fixed the broken band of my wedding ring within 20 minutes of my bringing it in. And beyond reasonable pricing. Love their fur babies XOXO they made my day!! Definitely recommend!!!
