They will lie to you about quotes to get you through the door. When you show them price quotes, they won’t honor them either. They will also not negotiate pricing. I asked them to essentially take the price off of their house that my realtor would cost them if I brought them in. They essentially said they’d rather pay the realtor the money than put the $$$ back in their customers pockets. They will also nickel and dime you on every little upgrade.
