Been coming here for quite a few years. Good place to get a vehicle.
Terrible place to take your vehicle they only insist on using Ford parts that the aftermarket parts are junk and they want to argue with you when you just have questions and want to give them information on your vehicle that may help them diagnose the problem. I will never take our fleet vehicles back there again or anything else.
Use caution when visiting simmons ford - not recommended! When car searching, I strongly discourage you from visiting Simmons Ford, Inc. After leasing my new Ford Escape in October, I was told by a salesman that my vehicle was E-85 capable, but that using this eco-friendly fuel could potentially give me less gas mileage. After getting my oil changed there two weeks ago and being told (again) by my salesman and the service person that my vehicle was E-85 capable (but to use a minimum of 5 gallons) I decided to give it a try! ... read more
Wish they would answer their phones or return calls during business hours according to their website and phone message. Especially when you have a serious service need. Loved the service I had gotten in the past.
