my sales lady alaina Jackson was very helpful and the man that did the transaction was very nice and helpful it had taken a few days to get approved and they kept at it until it was just right
Extremely disappointed. Not sure if I will be returning. Took an hour and a half for a scheduled works oil change and tire rotation. Found a screw in one of my tires that said needed patched. Took tire off rim and removed screw and screw was so small it never went through the tire and no repair was done or needed. Charged for a tire repair that never happened.

Haven’t shopped for new vehicle in over ten years, but went in with an Escape in mind and was very pleased in what was offered. Salesman was pleasant and they were able to get better financing than with my own bank. So needless to say I am the proud owner of a very nice new Ford Escape. Thank you DeNooyer Ford
