I have been making payments on my loan for over 2 years and when Simmons Bank took over my loan, I paid the loan before the due date but was not credited for 5 days after and was marked delinquent. I received several delinquent notices from Simmons Bank. It was not delinquent. Also Simmons Bank took two months of interest out of the payment which was suppose to go toward the principal.
