Best bank ever
I just called with a few simple questions on how to close my account and the best way to take the remaining balance out. Beatrice answered the phone and was very rude. She made me feel like each question was a stupid one and that I should have known the answer to the questions anyway. It felt like I was bothering her. I am now happy that I was planning on closing this account. Maybe she was just having a bad day and will not treat anyone else this way.
