This place was great. Walked in I was greeted and check in was great. I didn’t sit long before I was taken to the back to get ready for surgery. The staff was amazing and just friendly. I was walked through everything and explained the process. I don’t have one complaint as to how I was taken care of here. Great job Parkland Staff
There’s a lady that takes care of scheduling was so rude she just hung up on me for asking a simple question very professional
The waiting room was packed! It moved quickly despite this. The financial reps checked me in and I was seen by 2 doctors for neck surgery recheck They were kind and very patient doing their recheck. I am I not sure if I am allowed to mention names yet they were Orthopedic Surgeons. The tech who checks blood pressure and the Front Desk Receptionist are exceptional. I have met them both for over 5 years and they maintain their professionalism during all apps. Thank you Parkland for maintaining excellence for all you do.
Yesterday I was in this place for my surgery and from the attention of the receptionist to the last person who attended me they were very kind and careful with me all the time, I highly recommend it I was satisfied with their work and attention. ❤️
