We used Simmonds Real Estate for leasing our house with them. Had a great experience, they were always on top of the business, we decided to put our house for sell. Robert is always helping us with all the documents and any questions we had. Until the end Robert was always communicating any issue we had until we closed. We rented a house managed by Simmonds for 2 years. They are so fast, professional and excellent at communicating. The AC went out a few times and their response time was the fastest we’ve ever experienced. The best property management company we’ve ever tented with and I love that they are local!!
