We rented a residential home with Simmonds Real Estate as the property manager. They were excellent and any repair was completed very fast with a user-friendly tenant portal. They were flexible with inspections and very communicative. Would definitely recommend this business for leasing and property management needs!
We used Simmonds Real Estate for leasing our house with them. Had a great experience, they were always on top of the business, we decided to put our house for sell. Robert is always helping us with all the documents and any questions we had. Until the end Robert was always communicating any issue we had until we closed. We are beyond pleased with Simmonds Real Estate that we will reach out again if we decide to buy or lease a home.
We rented a house managed by Simmonds for 2 years. They are so fast, professional and excellent at communicating. The AC went out a few times and their response time was the fastest we’ve ever experienced. The best property management company we’ve ever tented with and I love that they are local!!
