I could not have asked for a better realtor than Trish! She's very professional, highly competent, and just a very pleasant person in general. She made the buying process so easy, even communicating with the builder on my behalf, as I was handling matters from out of state (due to PCS). I would recommend her and this business to all my friends and family.
Trish was amazing at helping me buy a house! It was my first time buying one and she was always available, she helped me deal with the mortgage people who kept giving different numbers and telling me conflicting things. Id only want her from now on!
I have tried numerous real estate companies in the San Antonio area and I can say easily that they are the most professional of them all. No one was even close. As a property owner I used them for both rental management and sales. I would choose them again in a heartbeat.
I have rented from several property management companies and this is by far the best! They are quick to send someone for maintenance requests- they even sent someone on the weekend when our AC went out, which I’ve never had property management do before. We lived in the same property for three years and only moved because the owner decided to sell and every interaction with property management was quick and polite.
This was my first time using this company as a tenant and they were very responsive and respectful. I would use their services again if I was ever in the area again!
