We have nothing but good things to say about Simmonds Real Estate!! We are military family that relocated to San Antonio for a one year assignment. Simmonds in a terrific property management company. Simmonds has managed my house for over 5 years now, and they have always been very helpful with scheduling repairs, managing vacancies, and responding to tenants. Natalia in particular has been extremely helpful with maintenance issues.
