Horrible customer service throughout the process of planning and purchasing our wedding cake. Totally unhelpful. When the cake showed up the wrong color, the staff at Simma's simply blamed us for the error and only offered to refund a small portion of the total cake expense. Save yourself the grief and find somewhere else to get your wedding cakes.
