Bad customer service besides Maddie. Went to sell my 2013Toyota Camry here today. Maddie greeted me, took my keys, and gave them to the manager. The manager test-drove my car for 30 seconds and came back. He had Maddie relay to me that the best he can do is $2,000 - $3,000. I had a pending offer from a different dealership for $3999. I asked if they could match it or come close. Maddie went to the manager and relayed back to me that $3,000 would be the very best price for them. Taylor was absolutely wonderful and patient while we figured out what we wanted to do. So very helpful and kind. I hate buying a new car. If he made the experience enjoyable and simple. If you need a new car go talk to Taylor!!
We bought a used 2015 Honda Civic. So far we're very happy with our experience there. The staff was responsive to questions and very professional.
EDIT: went from 2 stars to 5 stars, they fixed the oil pan free of charge, I don’t like that the service advisor still tried to make it seem like they didn’t mess it up when I took it to 5 DIFFERENT mechanics, and they all said the same thing, “they striped it and over torqued it.” They did fix it though and the lady that answered the phone when I called to speak to a manager, was extremely nice so I’ll give them the 5!
