Very disappointing experience. I texted the dealership on Thursday about a vehicle and made an appointment to see it on Sunday. When I arrived for my scheduled appointment, I was told the car had already been sold to someone else. Whether this was poor communication or a tactic to get customers into the dealership, it wasted my time, gas, and effort. If a vehicle is no longer available, customers should be told the truth instead of being given misleading information.

The whole team, including Gilbert, was friendly, helpful, and answered all my questions. They made the process easy and stress-free. I truly appreciate their honesty and professionalism.
