Absolutely the best service EVER! Mark in service was so incredible and it was an honor to get a ride home from such a nice guy like Ray. Talk about feeling like you're being take care of by family. I’m not really sure if I should be upset with the dealership service department, I believe the issue I’m having stems from a defective vehicle from the manufacturer. I took my vehicle in for an ongoing brake issue that gets fixed and then a few weeks to a month or so later, the same problem happens again. I have taken my vehicle in for the same problem 3 times within 9 months of purchasing the vehicle. This is very frustrating and has caused me to take a lot of time away from my family and work.
Service Manager Carmen was an absolute delight to work with. She went way out of her way to give me great service, not once, but several times. Thank you Carmen.
The insurance company wouldn’t pay for the repair of the vehicle at Price Ford because they said that the repair facility there made the repair needed worse than it would’ve been If they have it or repaired it properly in the first place
Eric was a wonderful salesperson. Very honest and personable. Very knowledgeable about the vehicle and it's features. He was quite in tune to our goals and our budget. We love the car. Would highly recommend Price Ford and Eric.
