Super attentive to detail and had a quick turn around time
Poor customer service, zero accountability. No point explaining the whole story. I ordered a battery it wasnt there, I waited longer than was told. I got no help or assurance that they'll check up on it and let me know how long it might take. When it magically showed up I got no apologies no nothing. Just attitude. Stay away, you'll just be bothering them if you make them do their job.

I didn’t know Price was open Saturday so finding out they were was awesome in itself. Anyways, I brought my truck in for an oil change without an appointment and even though they prefer you make one, they took mine in. I mentioned a tire that was slowly losing air, I’d have to pump 10-15psi every 3-4 days, and they said they’d take a look at that as well. This is all at about 1pm on a Saturday. Very satisfied with the service! Bought my car from them a few years ago and they have been nothing but amazing! Recently I needed a bunch of maintenance done on my Ford Focus and they were able to get it all diagnosed and repaired quickly. They clearly communicated the issues, what was urgent and what wasn't, and were upfront about pricing. The service team members, such as Brian and Eddie, were very professional and helped with all my questions. I would recommend this dealership for service and purcahses. Thanks again!
