I visited this dealership because two of my tires had large screws embedded in them. I had purchased tire warranty coverage, knowing that I could get them replaced under that plan. However, the service representative, while not a bad person, was not competent in handling the process. After filling forms with difficulty, he sent me home and called me the next day to return. Appreciate the friendly staff and the updates during the repair. I also appreciate the pickup of the vehicle with the car rental drop off as well. The return of my vehicle was also appreciated.
