Mark took great care of us getting our car repaired quickly. Mark even came in on Saturday to make sure it was done .
I was being impressed with the level of service they provided. I had an open recall on my vehicle and they took the time to send me a letter to inform me. I live about 30 miles from their location. Not only did they come and pick up my vehicle, they also left a loaner for me and delivered my car back to me on a Saturday. My local dealer didn’t even bother to reach out to me. My wife and I will be taking our business to Price Ford Simi Valley now when we are ready to buy our next vehicles because it is obvious they care.
