I have been going into SVC since 1998 and have purchased a number of bikes from them, new, and sold a few used bikes on consignment, over the years I have got to know the staff very well, and have had and continue to have a great experience, I just took my front forks in for a service, and they were ready the next day!

Sales people were absolute idiots. And obviously try to sell bikes that are abused while trying to hide that info.

So let's start off by saying that if you own a Harley DO NOT go to simi cycles because the service department HATES to work on Harley's. Chris at the service department let us know that they will be increasing their price so people like us (Harley owners) don't bring their bikes in for a simple tire change front and rear. Best bike shop with all the parts, Jeff's gas bike's.
Great guys Duane is amazing and the white glove service I got will keep me always buying my bikes here. I bought my 2007 WR250 here in 2007 and i just got my 2016 R1. Both bike i got a great deal.
They are very friendly and spends time to answer your question and knowledgeable about their products. Also they have a lot of Inventory and a good Service Department!
