We became interested in buying a Dodge Ram 2500 about 2 months ago. I was recently serviced by Simi Valley Chrysler Jeep Dodge. I have never had our 2007 Jeep Commander serviced by anyone other than Jeep. When I was informed the vehicle was missing the clips to the air filter box, I told the service assistant that Simi Jeep was the last entity to service the vehicle air filter. His response was each clip cost only $3. I don't care if the cost is $.50 each, it is the principle at issue. Not exactly the the correct customer service response. I had my oil changed on Monday, in my 2007 Town & Country van. Mike the tech also found a leak in my transmission. They told me about it and fixed it. Covered with warranty! I feel taken care of and safe. I have MS and am in a wheelchair so having a well running van is very important. Also my tires were rotated. Zach kept me updated the whole time. Thank-you!!!!
