Dr. Ron and his staff are as good as it gets. The staff is professional and friendly. Dr. Ron is a good man. We recently had to put our 14 year old Corgi to sleep and we wanted to do it on our farm/garden where she loved to hang out with me and take naps. I have been seeing Dr. Ron for years and he is always knowledgeable and his staff is great. They have fair prices as well
I take both of our dogs to Dr Ron's. The office stall are very helpful and caring. Thee veterinarians are knowledgeable and have always provided the best possible care for our pets. Our dogs are like family and everyone at Dr Ron's treats them that way.
DO NOT GO TO THIS VET My kitten became very ill in the evening. I called his office and was given a price for an after hours visit but when I went in I was told I would have to pay extra to be seen immediately. The vet had his back to me filling out paperwork, it wasn't like he was attending to another animal. I was crying and begging for help and he walked away. The kitten died in my hands and no one there cared.
Needed to have dog seen today because of blood in urine. Called and asked if they had time. Was told no problem, bring her in. When I showed up was told that there would be an extra $33 "convenience fee" above and beyond normal office visit because I had no prior appointment. Waiting room was empty so it wasn't like they were jammed or anything. . They wanted to call it an "emergency visit" when in actuality it wasn't. What a rip-off.
BEWARE! A few weeks ago our family made the difficult decision to euthanize our family pet.. I was resured that our family pet would only feel a "pinch" to sedate her, then the vet. would come in shortly after to help he body slow down. On the evening of the appt. our family was with her waiting for the technician. She came in, asked us to hold the dog, and proceeded to inject a need close to her spine (w/out medicine to help numb the pain). Our dog reacted from the pain. My husband and I have been dog owners for 40 years. We have known many vets and only wish we would have found Dr Ron sooner. He is an accomplished surgeon; the people there are well trained and friendly. Their rates are reasonable and our dogs love going there!!!
