Unfortunately our almost 10 year old Rott became ill very quickly and was close to death. I came in late at night with him and Dr Rons staff was great. They helped carry him from the car, they were extremely compassionate and understanding. We all knew he would have to be put to sleep and Dr Ron and his team could not have handled it any better. I highly recommend taking your pets to Dr Rons. Cannot say enough nice things about how they handled a very difficult time for us. Thank you!
Five stars for Dr. Ron and his staff. Our dog Delilah got injured on two different Sundays about 6 months apart. Both times they got her patched up quickly with care and compassion.
I've been going to Dr Ron's for almost 7 years now and the staff has always been very nice and helpful upon check in and check out! I've meet with Dr Ron and Dr Fransen before and both were very helpful and informative when I had questions about my dog's allergy/paw issues. Really love this place!
The staff is very accommodating here and always glad to help. They are great at keeping you informed about what is going on and very easy to reach over the phone.
I think it is extremely farsighted and cruel of people to bash someones reputation. Dr. Ron and his staff are good people. They care for animals. I have known Dr. Ron to come in on his off time to help an animal in need. He has also done house calls for clients who can not get out. My mother was one of those. Telling people to go somewhere else, making false claims and trying to destroy the good name of a Dr. who is caring and compassionate, is crimminal. I started taking my dogs to Dr Ron when I first came to Simi because he runs a low cost vaccination clinic at Theresa's. I was satisfied, but listened to some people who said his service was inferior. I switched to another vet for a few years. Then one of my dogs needed urgent care, but that clinic would not see her even though they were open. I am now back with Dr Ron. Also he quickly cleared up an ongoing problem with my lab's ear that the other clinic seemed to be unable to do. My dogs and I have never been treated rudely... read more

I think Dr. Ron & his entire staff are awesome! I have had the best care for my kitty kids & every visit has been a pleasure! The girls here are so sweet, kind & compassionate. I feel confident bringing my pets here. I wouldnt take them anywhere else!
I have been a fan of Dr.Ron for over a decade. He has extended my cats 9 lives to 15 at least. Spider bites, urine crystals, etc. He is incredibly talented with treating animals & his Hospital is now open after hours & Sats Suns. Very helpful this past Sunday when my cat got in a backyard brawl w/ a misc animal & it won. Dr.Ron had her fixed up in no time. I highly recommend.
