Mike Berry did a thorough and very competent job in repairing an old leaky bathtub set of faucets. The leak had gotten worse in the last two weeks. It was more than a drip. He installed new valve stems and seats and got the substantial leak completely stopped. And the faucets work much better now. When I called, I was able to book a same day appt, so that's definitely worth big praises from me. whem you have plumbing issues, you want them taken care of immediately, not in 4-5 days. Micah was great! He knew exactly what to do to fix my shower from leaking and gave me options on both the shower and sink repairs I needed. He got right to work and was done within the time frame I expected. I'll definitely be calling them again when I need a fix.
They were on time and finished the job in no time. I had a few general questions they answered too and I was very happy with the service. 5 out of 5.

Micah was the technician who came to our house to fix our water heater. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. We talked a bit about the company, and it sounded like a great place.
