Maintenance people Milton and Nicholas and Manager Andrea are very friendly and respectful and attend to questions and maintenance needs in a timely fashion. Snow removal for safety of walkways and parking lot is excellent. Outdoor areas are well-lit. My studio apartment is large for a studio. I have lots of windows and light. Simeon Village is a short walk from Bethel business center, including library, senior center, and town hall.

I've been living in Simeon village for 11years I feel safe in this community We have a great Maintenance department They are always there when needed for repairs in the apartments they work very hard especially in the winter they sometimes are working all day and night to keep the residents safe We recently got a new office manager Andrea is always ready to assist the residents with questions they may have she is very professional and a real People Person And a great asset to Simeon village Kathy N
