Great Doctors that care about there patients
Everyone in the pain management team has been awesome! They all show concern over their patients treatment. Dr. Paulina is, without exception, the most caring, competent and thorough doctor I have seen in a very long time, and I am as old as some dirt! I wish I could go to this place for all my medical needs, but alas……Don’t pass an opportunity to be treated with respect and understanding of your individual needs.
Honestly this place has nothing to offer someone who has long term pain issues. If I coukd give ZERO STARS i would. I will be reporting them to thd AMA and the ADA. Their PA that I saw Jennifer is completely incompetent and can not remember what she says bc she's probably overwhelmed. The staff leaves room for improvement while the Doctor that I saw blatantly lied to me and stated she referred me on 1st visit to PT when I told her she didn't and then she stated this onky the 2nd visit and I explained to her I dont know what ... read more
I went to SIMEDHealth Pain Management to get paperwork for my husbands’s medication, since he wasn’t able to come in person. I had to paid out of pocket, which was very expensive, and the visit ended up being extremely upsetting. One of the nurses, Katie, was incredibly rude. She kept calling me “cheap” and made inappropriate comments about whether I could afford the visit, all loudly and in front of others. The staff at SIMEDHealth Pain Management are extremely rude and unhelpful. From the moment I walked in, I felt like I was being talked down to and dismissed. No one took the time to explain anything or offer real assistance. It’s clear that patient care is not a priority here. I won’t be coming back.
