Honestly this place has nothing to offer someone who has long term pain issues. If I coukd give ZERO STARS i would. I will be reporting them to thd AMA and the ADA. Their PA that I saw Jennifer is completely incompetent and can not remember what she says bc she's probably overwhelmed. I went to SIMEDHealth Pain Management to get paperwork for my husbands’s medication, since he wasn’t able to come in person. I had to paid out of pocket, which was very expensive, and the visit ended up being extremely upsetting. One of the nurses, Katie, was incredibly rude. She kept calling me “cheap” and made inappropriate comments about whether I could afford the visit, all loudly and in front of others. The staff at SIMEDHealth Pain Management are extremely rude and unhelpful. From the moment I walked in, I felt like I was being talked down to and dismissed. No one took the time to explain anything or offer real assistance. It’s clear that patient care is not a priority here. I won’t be coming back.
Appointment was for 2:22pm 2:56 pm and still haven’t seen the Dr god forbid your late they cancel your appointment and charge ya I had to take lunch and now I am running late so I believe my appointment should be free for not meeting their end of the appointment never again going to find a nee Dr
Cant keep their story straight im told something diffent from month to month . The lab is a mess ,you cross that receptionist and no telling what you will get back. Never had any problem when i seen dr paulin and then started being scheduled with npr and has been bs ever month. FIND ANOTHER HEALTH CARE STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE. I have had everything from perscribed wrong medication over billed and almost a phycical altercation with a lab receptionist, not worth the time nor money and most of all not worth your health
