Michelle Green is the greatest! As was her nurse assistant. And French checked me in today and he was very pleasant also.
Did not listen to me about my pain, Dr. Singh’s assistant also called me and had music playing over her phone so it was very hard to hear, it felt unprofessional and I did not feel a priority nor get proper treatment for the issue I came in with. Also impossible to get them on the phone for questions or scheduling. I also found many things in my chart that said discussed with patient that were added days later, that were not discussed at the meeting.
