What a terribly run operation! I paid the bill and have a statement and a receipt showing so but they still keep sending me the same bill for the same date of service. Cannot get anyone on the phone and their fax number is not working. Stay away.
The entire staff was helpful and friendly and wonderful. 10/10
We had a very good experience with Simedhealth in Gainesville, being new to America and our health insurance not being the most helpful, we were very grateful to the attentive staff! Especially Christina in appointments, being prompt and taking time to call us back when necessary. All the girls on reception, especially Amanda were welcoming. Dr. Justin Harrell was exceptional and knowledgeable. Thank you all!
I would love to rate this place more than one star because it is my primary care physician. But i decided to go with one star because they were a little bit unprofessional on my visit on 11/27/24. I had a appointment for 10:15 am, once checked in after 10 mins I got my vitals checked and still hadn’t seen Dr Gonzalez yet being that I had been waiting from 10:25 am to 10:46 am.
