Submitted two appointment requests. It says to wait three to five days. Never heard back after either request.
I had my first office visit with this practice as a Medicare/Plan F patient in March 2024. I received over $500 in lab bills late July that were denied because my visit was coded as a routine office visit. I sent a letter to Cori with the bills as requested early August. I have called Cori and most recently Lucas with promises on their end to call me back. It has been just shy of three months now and I have yet to receive a call back. I would have liked the courtesy of a call back to tell me where we are with this issue.
I had Dr. Lloyd until he retired. He took the time to listen and help me. He is the best Doctor I've ever had.
I work at a Doctors office and was trying to get my patient scheduled for an appt with SIMED. i spoke on the phone with Vanessa and she was so kind and amazing and helped me and the patient so much. the patient has been in pain and has not been able to be seen any where and this just made his day!!
Dr. Scott is exceptional!
