Don't even bother trying to get an appointment here. I called every week for two months checking on my referral and was constantly told to call back in two-three weeks. Well it's been over 6 months now and THEY HAVE NEVER CALLED ME TO SCHEDULE. Save yourself the trouble and look else where

As a patient and former employee of this department (2 week notice given and not fired) this review is for their manager Cori. The doctors and PA are fantastic and I have nothing back to say about them. I had lab work ordered and done with them 1 year ago. They coded the lab work incorrectly and the insurance denied it. I brought the LabCorp bills to Cori to have it corrected and resubmitted. Submitted two appointment requests. It says to wait three to five days. Never heard back after either request.

I had my first office visit with this practice as a Medicare/Plan F patient in March 2024. I received over $500 in lab bills late July that were denied because my visit was coded as a routine office visit. I sent a letter to Cori with the bills as requested early August. I have called Cori and most recently Lucas with promises on their end to call me back. It has been just shy of three months now and I have yet to receive a call back. I would have liked the courtesy of a call back to tell me where we are with this issue.
