Great customer service & selection at a good value!
We have been coming to Simcoe Optical for glasses (including safety glasses) for our entire family (adults and children) for many years now, and can not say enough great things about their selection, pricing, and staff. Syed and his team always go above and beyond to ensure that their customers are happy.
I had an eye exam today and picked out a pair of glasses for the first time. I had a wonderful experience! As soon as I walked in I had a warm welcome from all the employees and a fantastic exam. Quick yet thoroughly done, I was very impressed! They took sanitary measures very seriously and everyone was so personable and friendly. Pauline was so helpful when I needed assistance picking out the perfect pair of glasses. She was patient with me and gave her honest opinion when I asked about how each pair looked on me!
