Great selection, amazing staff and owner is incredibly helpful and accommodating. Have to say they always try and go above and beyond for me and my family whenever we need eye wear.
He had the most wonderful and fantastic customer service experience at Simcoe optical! After our pair of glasses broke, and when we saw all hope was lost, Simcoe optical swooped in and saved us from payroll. They were able to find us the exact pair of lenses that we needed, they gave us a discount, and they provided us with wonderful support, including tightening Oliver glasses. We highly recommend recommend this store, and we will certainly return!
I had an eye exam today and everyone who works there is just absolutely wonderful, kind, knowledgeable, and the glasses are affordable and they have a wide selection.
