Extremely unprofessional, misleading, and money-focused clinic. Do NOT recommend Simcoe Dental Group (200 Front St W, Toronto). Before my visit, I clearly asked the receptionist at Simcoe Dental if my appointment was covered by CPP (Canada Pension Plan). She confidently said yes and sent me a form to submit. At no time did she explain that I would be charged separately for dental X-rays or any additional fees. The manager of this clinic, Alisha, is extremely unprofessional and rude. She does not cooperate with patients at all. Her behavior is disrespectful, and infection control standards are not properly followed in this clinic, which is a very serious and important issue. If you want to avoid getting sick, I strongly recommend not going to this clinic.
The treatment and hospitality is absolutely exquisite here.
