My family used Simcoe Aluminum Systems many, many years ago to install siding on a family cottage. The work was fantastic! Recently, we needed to replace most of the windows in the cottage (9), and we again called Simcoe Aluminum Systems. The windows and work provided was excellent! Kevin and his team went above and beyond, from our initial meeting and estimate, to the final installation. What garbage customer service. I called on a Friday morning and the rude person who answered just barked at me that it's a weekend. Since when is Friday morning part of a weekend? Talk about snooty!! I certainly hope if you're reading this that you don't even bother calling or visiting this highly unprofessional rag tag troop of Muppets. Life's too short to give people like that any of your hard earned cash. PERIOD!
