I have lived at a SIMCO owned apartment for about a year now , I cannot wait to get out of here simply because I'm tired of feeling unsafe .. We have had not one but two situations where maintenance has entered and NO WORK WAS DONE, I was here's the first time they knocked once and unlocked the door with no warning they were coming , when they do not have permission to enter the premises unless myself or my fiancé is there and the second time they had a 24hr notice they were coming in okay that's fine. This place is wretched I could go on and on and say that they are the worst mgmt company, but I think that they already know its horrible. If you are attempting to look here just turn your head and find another place to live. Soldiers conditions in Iraq are like 4 star hotels compared to this place. Leaky rainy wet water basements are all over these units. Steer clear of simco they are the worst in the business and won't help your cause

I will never rent from Simco again.I have never been lied to and hassled from a landlord Ever untill renting from Simco. In my opinion a slumlord has better ethics.
