Wouldn't even give them 1 star. 1 female hygienist or dentist (unsure of her title) lacks patience. Completely traumatized my son, spoke to him in an aggressive manner and threatened both him and myself. Slammed her dental tool down because she couldn't handle my sons fears and clearly was not trained to handle gentle and care with children.
