Pretty sad when all positive reviews are from employees and all the true reviews are from tenants of the properties SIMC oversees. I have lived in two SIMC managed properties (Wildflower and Overlook Ranch) and have dealt with unnnecessary headaches from both places since day 1. I deal with SIMC Property Management for work and have always found the staff to be professional, helpful and friendly. Linda in particular is very sweet and will find out anything she doesn't immediately have an answer for. I work with a lot of property management companies and have to say that SIMC Property Management seems to be very invested in their customers' happiness.
