Dishonest Merchant – Went to the store in January shopping for a ring and stone. Saw something of interest and agreed to put down a deposit. The sales receipt clearly said 'Fully Refundable'. My partner changed her mind about the selection and we cancelled the purchase and asked for a refund of the deposit. Keep in mind, it was only a deposit to hold the merchandise...we received nothing. Rude salespeople – Went here to look at engagement rings. When we walked in Carl ran right up to us. I told him I was just looking and would let him kmow when I need something. I walked over to the first case and he came around and told me it was his job to escourt me. I told him I was fine, and he went on to tell me that he was just doing his job.
