She always provides excellent service and a caring attitude
I had an ingrown toenail on my big toe. Dr. Sandya numbed my toe, almost painlessly, and made a quick cut to remove a thin sliver of nail. I soaked my foot twice daily and then applied Neosporin with bandage – for one week. Follow-up visit was one week after that, and all is good. Great actually. No complaints. Kudos. I will however mention, that the practice has been bought by a company that seems to be going out of their way to aim for a messy transition. My elderly mother had a great experience. She’s had a lot of issues with her feet and dealt with podiatrists who were very businesslike and did not listen to her concerns and needs. Dr. Pandya really listened and checked in with my mom regularly as she treated her. To make sure she was okay. Thank you!
Be prepared to wait at least 30 minutes past your scheduled appointment time - had to cancel mine as after 25 minutes of waiting they said there is another patient ahead of me. If doctors can charge patients for coming late to appointments, it’s only fair patients should be reimbursed equal amount when the practice causes lengthy delays to patients.
She is wonderful doctor. My son had ingrown nail on both toes and she had done wonderful job getting it removed. Made my son really comfortable.
