I had a very disappointing and uncomfortable experience at this nail salon. This was my first time there — and definitely my last. The owner’s behavior was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Not only was she rude during my visit, but I also overheard her speaking negatively about her own clients — including using offensive language and insults. My favourite nail studio in Beverly Hills! The aesthetic, hospitality, quality and customer service was the best I’ve had! I got my nails done by Alper and he was amazing, highly reccomend Cobb Beauty Studio!
Definitely the BEST place in LA. Bedside the fact the place is SO chick and pleasant to be in, the people are so nice, and the quality of the treatment ?! Girls it’s a different level. I mostly recommend on Alper he is the cutest and so damn good at what he’s doing. Ask for him ! ❤️🔥
I thought I found a new salon but this place over charges you The nail tech got disappointed when I said I don’t need a pedicure as it appears they did not know how to service my request ! They charged $30 to removed 8 nails which is normally $10-15 be aware of this place it’s sad because you never know who you are giving service to! DO NOT GO HERE
Cobb is by far the best nail salon, and I’ve tried them all!! Clean, on time, no stress & chatter, relaxing experience ✨highly recommend!!
