This Doctor does not listen and refused to answer questions. Will never return here. Staff is poorly trained and did not even receive copy of my prescription. Never again.
Dr. Mende truly cares about her patients! She takes her time to understand what you’re going through and explains everything to you until you fully understand it. She then formulates a plan and involves other doctors who might be more versed in your particular problem. She’s truly is a gifted, patient and compassionate person. Her bedside manner is exemplary!
Dr. Mendes was extremely informative. She explained my issues with clarity so that I could understand them. She was considerate and very compassionate. We recently moved from Florida and left an amazing doctor. I am so glad we were able to find an amazing doctor here!!

SHE IS THE BEST EYE DR IN ALL OF EAST TENNESSEE YOU WILL DO NO BETTER. I HAVE BEEN A PATIENT OF HERS SINCE 1993 OR 1994 I CANT REMEMBER. SHE HAS TAKEN CARE OF ME AND MY WHOLE FAMILY FOR YEARS.
Dr. Mendel has been our family eye Dr. for many years now. She treated my 95 yr old grandma Hazel Sapps all the way down to my 3 children when they had there first eye exams. We all just love her to death. She's such a caring, warm hearted lady. I guarantee u will always get the best service and help with any eye problems u maybe having.
She is a great person and doctor. She spends the time necessary with you and never makes you feel hurried.
Dr. Meede is a wonderful doctor. She spends time with you and makes sure you understand.
She has been amazing with my entire family. I would recommend to all people.
