Shocked by the very disappointing experience with the office and billing department, who did not allow me to get the medical care I was on time for. The billing representative, Jacquie, even hung up on me mid-conversation telling me to “do whatever I want”, seemingly to avoid addressing my concerns after already over 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. I’m on day 5, no prescription called to the pharmacy. I called every day to ask her office to please call it in. I’m really disappointed.

The best internal medicine doctor I have found in 55 years. Verry detailed oriented. Takes the time to evaluate you and explains everything clearly. Her referrals doctors for specialties have been also outstanding. Highly recommend Dr. Robalino to all your family members.
