This apartment building is clean and decent, the management, however, is unprofessional. My grandmother had the hardest time transitioning from her home up north to Silver Tree because of those in leadership. They claim that their processes are just part of procedure, but they are not clear about all the steps/paperwork upfront. It is throughout the process that they say “oh, we need this paper and this paper” “this paperwork will need resent and then we will wait to do x,y,z”. went to extreme measures to get on the list here, to only get a letter of false information of a rejection letter. cant appeal the letter because they dont give you information. definitely look else where . Update: someone did reach out to us , and when we tried to reach back out, all we got is a waiting game and text msgs stating that they would call us or that they are out of town and will call us in a day or so.
