Love it! Cozy and homey feeling. Beautiful grounds. Very helpful staff.
Just moved in so far, and I'm really digging it. We were worried about downsizing from a 2 bedroom town home into a one bedroom unit, but we were pleasantly surprised with home roomy things feel, especially the kitchen and the bathroom felt. The area is quiet, there is plenty of lights to see and feel safe at night. We had a few maintenance requests, and they were taken care of super promptly. Terrance and Joel have been really great to work with and have answered all of our questions. Really happy so far!

Lived here since 2003 and we love it!! Everyone is friendly and if we need any maintenance it is done quickly and done correctly.
I love living at Silvertree. The staff is great and I love the location of my apartment - deer and turkey are often in front of my place. I look out on a ravine and it is beautiful and quiet. Can't say enough about the staff.
I've only lived here for a short time (about two months), but I have zero complaints thus far. The few maintenance requests I had after move-in were taken care of quickly and properly. If you're looking for a nice, quiet community; then this is a great option for you.
Silvertree is a wonderful place to live. Not only are the apartments wonderful with a great view but the office and maintenance staff are the best. They are all glad to help when something needs fixed. They always make repairs within 24 hours and even check by phone to see if everything was done satisfactory afterwards. I'm so glad to live here.
