I lived here for 1 year but then moved to AZ. If I was still living in OH this is the place I would be. It is a very clean quiet community, staff is always willing to help, and my favorite is that they are ranch style so no one is living above or below you. Also they regularly have different community events throughout the year.
I have lived here since 2008. Can't think of a better place to live in the Central Ohio area.
Long time resident. The management team is top notch. They respond timely to maintenance requests and do a great job at engaging the residents
Been here 3 yrs and moving out next month out of state. It is truly a great place to live. This area is said to be the best kept secret in Columbus. Peaceful and you can enjoy the seasons. The office and maintenance department are awesome. I'll miss living here and was glad to have met some wonderful people on my dog walks.
Charged me for a month to month rent that I never agreed to. I sent an email telling them that I wanted to consider staying an extra month, but never agreed to their terms and never signed anything other than my original 12 month lease. Their terms of a month to month agreement require 45 day notice of move out and that wasn't something I was able to commit to and therefore I wasn't able to go month to month.
