If you like wasting your time while the doctor scrolls through her phone, and being exposed to illness, this is the place for you. The “doctor” Crystal, was literally blowing snot out of her nose consistently, not wearing her mask, all while scrolling through her phone instead of helping patients. When I called her out for being Visibly sick, and most likely infectious, her response was, “well I’m Covid tested”. We left, and will never be back.
This place was awful. I was one of the first people in when they opened and they had me wait in my car. An hour passed and I watched all the propels that came in after me leave. Finally they called me for a phone visit from the parking lot and whoever I talked to was very unfriendly. They said someone would call me about results and I had ta call a few hours later and ask about results and request medication because I couldn’t eat. Overall it was very disappointing. Third time coming her with a family member. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Ohp is accepted. Cash paying and private insurance. Wait time is very reasonable compare to other locations. Will recommend any time Very good hours of service
