After a crucial day from falling from a ladder and being in critical pain, I went to Silverton Urgent care seeking professional treatment. I was told to get an x-Ray before I was even examined by the MD. He asked if there was anything else he could do for me and of course I needed something to help the pain. I was yelled at and was made to feel inferior. I agreed to the X-ray. Then I was told something different . My family and I came in for a step test - Wait time 1 hr- okay - we waited and waited and -almost 2 hours later - still waiting! 2 people that walked in 45 minutes later have already seen the doctor and gone !
Was seen quickly and all the staff are professional and friendly. Such a great resource for this community!
