Greg was human essentially. He took the time to explain and hash out the details of things to make it digestible to a person not in the field. He made me feel the playing field was level and both sides were able to understand. Care and compassion reigned supreme in such a monumental life event. Would send any his way looking for support.
Just found out my loan was sold by Silverton Mortgage to quite frankly one of the worst mortgage companies ServiceMac LLC. A company that has hundreds of poor reviews about people not being able to make payments and online systems not working. Absolutely insane that Silverton doesn’t care who you have to deal with long term as long as they get to make a quick buck.
