Really great experience. To start with, the website is great. I was able to find and fill out my new patient forms ahead of time. The website was very clear with what to bring and what to expect. The staff was professional. I interacted with 2 nurses/aides as well as an independent phlebotomist representing LabCorp. Dr. Loven was kind, empathetic, knowledgeable, and eased my fears. From our very first visit several years ago until our recent check up This is the best most careing Doctor we have been too. She is awsome her staff are all great and careing. So glad we found her. She really does care about you !!!
Very lousy?? staff wasn't very friendly that worked in the back.
Office staff and Dr. are very rude! I took my 2 year old here and when she got nervous and was crying the Dr. looked disgusted and said sternly “there is nothing to cry about”. I should have just walked out of my apt. If he is not interested in helping children and being patient with his patients than they need to tell you when you make the apt.
Staff was very friendly and efficient. Wait time was minimal and Dr. Loven was extremely thorough and friendly.
I have been a patient of Dr. Day's for several years. I love him and his staff and would never go anywhere else. Recently, my husband visited him to have a biopsy done for possible skin cancer. Dr. Day put us both at ease and has a wonderful personality. He is a very competent and compassionate doctor.
We saw Dr/ Carroll-Chen for the first time, and the appointment was outstanding.! The doctor is extremely thorough; friendly, and explained everything to us, at that time. The Office staff is very friendly, an d made us feel at ease. Every person in the office had a smile on their face, and seemed to enjoy working for Dr. Carroll-Chen. We will definitely refer to family and friends.
I appreciate Dr. Carroll-Chen's thoroughness, friendliness, and professionalism.. I came to her after unsatisfactory experiences with two other dermatologists in Sun City. Her staff is also very kind and friendly.
No waiting. Staff was very friendly. Dr Loven was knowledgeable, thorough and personable. Highly recommend!
