Not good at all!! Made a Diagnosis of HSV based on a rash which turned out to be an allergic skin reaction. Didn't bother with testing until forced. AWFUL
I can't remember the last time I had this nice of an experience going to a doctor. From filling out my paperwork to final checkout, every aspect was great! I dealt with 4 staff members and the doctor and they were all friendly, prompt and professional. I highly recommend Dr Silverton and his staff!!
Ive read other reviews about Silvertons but honestly can't believe what most have said! Ive had nothing but positive interactions with the staff and doctors there and so has my girlfriend. Very accommodating to our needs. They are always very busy but isn't that a sign of a good business?! I don't think I could go anywhere else
Office staff and Dr. are very rude! I took my 2 year old here and when she got nervous and was crying the Dr. looked disgusted and said sternly “there is nothing to cry about”. I should have just walked out of my apt. If he is not interested in helping children and being patient with his patients than they need to tell you when you make the apt.
It is very rare these days to find a friendly staff that goes from the front desk all the way to the doctor. It is also hard to get into a doctor as a new patient quickly. I called for an appointment and got in within 2 weeks. The ladies at the front desk were extremely nice. Dr. Silverton Has a very nice personality and did not rush me. He asked questions and also answered any questions I had. He also explain things that we may be able to do in future appointments if needed.
Office staff is rude, heartless. Very derogatory toward patients, overheard employees in office speaking negatively about other patients and openly mocking them. Consistently lose or overlook paperwork for days, requiring 2 or 3 follow-up appts because "too much time has passed inbetween" resulting in billing insurance 2 or 3 times more than necessary. Wait times are 30 minutes + past scheduled appt every time. Perfect example of what is wrong with our medical industry today!!!
Courteous, friendly, made me feel at ease.
Dr. Silverton is always in a hurry. He does NOY explain anything at all. Does not offer you any options. His staff is rude and condescending. Not one person there is helpful or even cares. Do not waste your time and money, go look elsewhere!!!
Extremely professional service, I've had every question answered and each visit has left me confident I'min Good Hands! I have been a patient for 5 years, strongly recommend Dr. Silverton and his staff.
