I tried the lobster feast buffet yesterday at Seasons and staff members cleaned and gave my table away to other customers before I finished my meal! While I did enjoy the food, I did not appreciate staff throwing away my half cup of cranberry juice and uneaten mango cake. I was getting my second serving of lobster tails and other items. This also happened to other customers! How rude! Also, I was the only one eating at my table. DO NOT ASSUME that any one person is done eating when he/she leaves the table!! been sitting at the counter of the Sundance Grill for 16 minutes. other than immediate service for a glass of water, no one has acknowledged me. when I asked I was told the guys not here, don't know where he is then walked away. finally someone took my order, apologizing as I write this.
RecommendedEnjoyed our stay there so much. Staff, room, restaurants/bars were great. Also, the casino smells pleasant. Very little smell of anyone smoking. Other casinos are unbearable.
