Recently stayed at Silverton, probably my 10th stay there. I’ve had minor inconveniences in the past but nothing I couldn’t overlook. This recent stay, however, is my last. I had a prepaid room through a third party booking site but it was not honored since it was in my wife’s name and not mine. Even though I had ID and the credit card used to make the reservation. were waiting for more than two hours ans almost 3 hours at seasons buffet. then everyone whos asking how long to wait.. its only one answer that I heard 40 minutes. 40 minutes to all whose asking ?
After wasting 3 hours of time for spot in the Buffet we still never received a text and was fed rude customer service from a red head who was over worked. I recommend you all go to a buffet with better organization and service.
