My appointment was for 11:20 and I was taken immediately. The problem I had with my crown was fixed and I was out the door by 12:00. I was very pleased.
Natalia was great, Dr Gary was great like always.
Another great visit at the Silverstrom Group. Debbie as always gave me a very thorough checkup followed by Dr. Gary Silverstrom completing the checkup. Everyone is extremely professional and nice. Would certainly recommend the practice to anyone looking for an excellent dentist and practice.
No one really loves going to the dentist but from the moment you walk in the door you're greeted with a smile and excellent customer service. The hygienists are superior in their skills and comforting like a friend and of course Dr. Gary is of the BEST! A Dr. With a great personality and professionalism to match you can't ask for more.. Oh.. and the Netflix and the warm towel at the end of your visit, is just the icing on the cake. This is how an office runs successfully!
When it comes to anything that has to do with our teeth, my family and I would never even think of going anywhere else other than the Silverstrom Group. They are the friendliest and most professional when it comes to every aspect of caring for and maintaining our dental health. We are definitely patients for life for as long as we have teeth!
Its rarely stated that someone enjoys a visit to the dentist, but in this case it's true. Starting with a friendly greeting by the receptionist, followed by the always cheerful, friendly and comforting hygienist Melissa (and always full of song), to the checkout team moving quickly to get you back on your way.
